Nature Concept T&CM offers 5 booking options: eConsult Telemedicine, Skudai Danga Utama HQ, Adda Heights Branch, Masai Seri Alam Branch, and Bandar Dato Onn Women's Specialist Centre. Each branch has different specialty configurations—please select the branch that best matches your needs.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or by calling your branch directly. For eConsult telemedicine, please provide 12 hours notice so our practitioners can adjust their schedules. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect future booking privileges.

What should I bring for my first consultation?

Please bring your ID/passport, recent medical reports (blood tests, X-rays, MRI, CT), and a list of current medications. Gynecology patients should record menstrual cycles; pediatric patients should bring their child's health record book; pain management patients should wear loose clothing for examination.
