As the Pharmaceutical Director, Ms. Yong Sin Yee serves as the guardian of our herbal quality. While she does not consult patients clinically, her role is critical in ensuring the efficacy and safety of every prescription dispensed. With deep expertise in Herbal Authentication and Pao Zhi (Processing), she manages our Central Pharmacy with rigorous standards, bridging the gap between traditional wisdom and modern pharmaceutical safety to prevent herbal misuse.
